Don’t Make Me Work Any Harder
One of the best pieces of business advice I was ever given was, “Don’t make me work harder than I already have to. Give me your best price first. Don’t think I’m going to negotiate or come back to you for a better price. If you make me work harder than I already do, I’ll make sure you never get work from my company.”
Most clients won’t be this honest but this is what they are thinking. Make sure your company is saving your clients work, not creating it.
